I am new to Sky. How will my Sky+HD box be installed?

When you order Sky TV, you'll be asked to choose a date for a professional lovedigitaltv engineer to come and set up Sky TV and your Sky+HD box. On your chosen installation day, the lovedigitaltv engineer will discuss where to put a mini-dish on the outside of your home, connect your equipment and show you how to use Sky TV and your Sky+HD box. And if you take Multiroom we'll also install equipment in another room for you at the same time.
