Returns policy
To arrange an exchange or return please contact customer service on 0845 809 2012 or email customerrelations@lovedigitaltv.co.uk.
All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES. Returns/Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for Returns/Exchanges.
In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Return shipments are made at your own expense unless authorised in writing by our Customer Relations Department.
Exchanges & returns (conditions):
All exchanges & returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials.
